If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different style or color. The sunglasses must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. For prescription orders, as they are custom-made, we cannot offer returns, but we do provide a 30-day remake warranty if there are any issues with the prescription accuracy or frame fit. Absolutely. Every pair of AuraShades is covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, such as issues with hinges, frame integrity, or lens coatings. It does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care (like scratched lenses from being dropped). If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will be happy to assist you with a repair or replacement.

To keep your AuraShades in pristine condition, always store them in their protective case when not in use. To clean the lenses, first rinse them with lukewarm water to remove any dust or grit that could cause scratches. Then, apply a small drop of pH-neutral soap and gently rub with your fingers. Rinse again and dry with the soft, microfiber pouch provided. Avoid using paper towels, clothing, or harsh chemical cleaners (like window cleaner), as these can damage the lens coatings. For acetate frames, you can occasionally polish them with the pouch to maintain their luster.

It's simple. First, choose any frame on our website designated as "Rx-able." During the checkout process, you'll be prompted to add prescription lenses. You can then upload a photo of your valid prescription or enter the details manually. Our opticians will review your submission and contact you if there are any questions. It typically takes an additional 7-10 business days to have your custom prescription lenses crafted and fitted to your chosen frame before shipping. We can fill most single vision and progressive prescriptions.

While we are huge advocates for the benefits of polarization, not all our lenses are polarized. We offer a variety of lens technologies to suit different needs. Our product descriptions clearly state the lens type for each model. For instance, our 'Polarized' models are ideal for eliminating glare during activities like driving or fishing. Our 'Gradient' lenses, which are often not polarized, are great for driving as they allow you to see your dashboard clearly. Our 'Photochromic' lenses are also non-polarized to avoid interference with digital screens. You can filter our store by lens type to find exactly what you need.

Traditional acetate uses petroleum-based phthalates as a plasticizer. Our M49 Bio-Acetate from Mazzucchelli replaces these phthalates with a plasticizer derived from vegetable sources. Both materials are made from a base of cotton and wood pulp, but this change makes our Bio-Acetate significantly more eco-friendly and biodegradable under controlled industrial composting conditions. In terms of look and feel, they are virtually identical, both offering the same premium quality, rich colors, and warm feel that luxury eyewear is known for. It's the same quality, just with a much smaller environmental footprint.

Yes, we are proud to offer carbon-neutral shipping to over 100 countries. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that orders shipped outside of our main distribution hubs (EU and North America) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all these import fees.
